01 Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

During the gangcuci account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

As part of gangcuci's commitment to security and fraud prevention, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before making their first withdrawal. The gangcuci KYC process requires:

• Clear photos of your MyKad (Malaysian identity card), both front and back.
• A selfie holding the same MyKad for real identity verification.
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three (3) months.

KYC verification is typically completed in under one hour on regular business days. Once verified, you will not need to repeat this process for future transactions unless gangcuci requires an information update for security reasons.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

The gangcuci platform supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals on gangcuci are as follows:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10.00.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM30.00.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
• Gangcuci does not accept payments from or make transfers to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Approved withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe according to the selected payment method.
• Gangcuci reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding certain limits as a security measure.

Funds in your gangcuci account do not earn interest. If your account remains inactive for more than 12 consecutive months, gangcuci reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to the account balance at the rate applicable at that time, with prior notice.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

The general terms applicable to all gangcuci bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each user is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.

07 Account Security & Password

08 Prohibited Conduct & Banned Activities

Using the gangcuci platform for the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, fund freezing, and legal action:

• Using another person's account or registering multiple accounts.
• Fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical bugs to obtain unauthorized gains.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward gangcuci support staff or other users.
• Using credit card information or payment methods not legally owned by the user.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Selling, transferring, or licensing a gangcuci account to another party.

Gangcuci employs active monitoring systems and artificial intelligence to detect suspicious activity. Any account identified as being involved in prohibited activities will be frozen immediately while an investigation is conducted.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their gangcuci account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements will be voided and any remaining net cash balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

Gangcuci reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond gangcuci's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or government directives.
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Gangcuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
